Classic Japan Ltd. is the largest importer and distributor of cut flowers in Japan and has built a strong relationship with its customers and growers in approximately 30 countries. Classic Japan has multiple locations: Tokyo, Narita, and Fukuoka. The mission of Classic Japan is to be a leading and reliable flower wholesaler that meets customers' needs in terms of quality, quantity, and fast delivery. Quality is the number one priority. All flowers are kept in cold storage at the Narita Operation Center to maintain optimal quality. After passing strict inspections and quality controls, the flowers are distributed throughout Japan.

Flower Culture

Classic Japan is a pioneer in the Japanese floriculture sector. At the time of its founding in 1977, domestic products dominated the Japanese cut flower market, and the market share of imported cut flowers was less than 1%. Imported flowers are now an essential part of Japanese flower culture, supporting the floriculture sector with both domestic and imported products. Classic Japan contributes to the growth and development of the Japanese flower sector by expanding and vitalising the flower consumption market and strengthening the culture of appreciating floral beauty. Since the beginning, Classic Japan has the ambition to add joy and peace to all moments in life by delivering the most beautiful cut flowers.

Partnership with Marginpar

Classic Japan aims to make a positive impact on the earth and society. Most of their contracted farms are certified under programs promoting environmental-friendly practices and labor protections. Classic Japan and Marginpar have been working together for almost 20 years to supply summer flowers to the Japanese market, including Astrantia, Eryngium, and Hypericum. The collaboration has evolved into a strategic partnership where supply and demand are aligned.
