General terms and conditions 

• All our offers are subject to Dutch law. Marginpar B.V. has endeavored to translate the Dutch text as clearly as possible. If, however, there are still any obscurities in this version compared with the Dutch original, then the Dutch text shall be binding.
• All our offers are subject to the Auction Regulations of Royal FloraHolland and in addition thereto/deviation therefrom, the Conditions of Royal FloraHolland Connect which are published on the Royal FloraHolland website. The buyer state to be familiar with and have received said conditions.
• In the event of disputes between the buyer and seller with regard to this offer or its implementation, a decision will be made by ARBITRAL judgment at Naaldwijk, having regard to the above-mentioned terms and conditions and according to the rules of the VBN/VGB Arbitration Committee.
• The general conditions of the buyer do not apply to this offer, unless they have been included in this document with approval of Marginpar B.V.
• The price is exclusive of VAT, Royal FloraHolland-Levies and service costs.
• Product specifications according VBN, unless stated otherwise.
