Your key responsibilities will include:

 

Strategic HR Management

  • Develop and implement HR plans that align with the company’s long-term goals. Ensure employees are hired, managed, and developed within a structured framework.

People Management

  • Lead and support the Farm HR Support Team in executing HR strategies.

Data Analytics & Decision Support

  • Provide HR metrics and insights to support decision-making and resource allocation.
    Use talent data to enhance business and employee outcomes.

Performance Management

  • Drive a high-performance culture through effective performance management strategies.

Change Management

  • Support organisational change initiatives, ensuring employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with company goals.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure all HR practices comply with local laws and company policies.
    Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain business continuity.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Foster teamwork and open communication between departments.
    Understand and address the needs of key stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency across HR operations.
     

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

 

Education & Qualifications

  • Diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field (required).
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management or Business (preferred).
  • CHRP-(K) Certification or equivalent (required).
  • IHRM Membership in good standing (required).


Experience

  • At least 3 years in HR management, supporting Team Leaders in executing People & Culture strategies.
  • Experience working with trade unions and welfare committees is an advantage.
  • Broad HR Generalist experience across multiple HR functions.
