As a HR Manager, you will play a key role in delivering Marginpar’s People & Culture strategy. You will provide strategic business partnership to the Farm Manager, and collaborate with other team leaders, ensuring that HR practices align with the company’s vision and contribute to long-term success.
Marginpar Kenya is looking to fill two positions.

Location: Kenya: Nakuru or Juja
Your key responsibilities will include:
Strategic HR Management
- Develop and implement HR plans that align with the company’s long-term goals. Ensure employees are hired, managed, and developed within a structured framework.
People Management
- Lead and support the Farm HR Support Team in executing HR strategies.
Data Analytics & Decision Support
- Provide HR metrics and insights to support decision-making and resource allocation.
Use talent data to enhance business and employee outcomes.
Performance Management
- Drive a high-performance culture through effective performance management strategies.
Change Management
- Support organisational change initiatives, ensuring employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with company goals.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure all HR practices comply with local laws and company policies.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain business continuity.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Foster teamwork and open communication between departments.
Understand and address the needs of key stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency across HR operations.


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Education & Qualifications
- Diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field (required).
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management or Business (preferred).
- CHRP-(K) Certification or equivalent (required).
- IHRM Membership in good standing (required).
Experience
- At least 3 years in HR management, supporting Team Leaders in executing People & Culture strategies.
- Experience working with trade unions and welfare committees is an advantage.
- Broad HR Generalist experience across multiple HR functions.
